“Giving a harmonized sound” (CTV News) and always seeking new musical depths, Nova Fiasco Three is an emerging guitar trio led by and performing the music of creative-composer Jeremie Boudreau. Finding its beginnings on the East Coast in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the band made its debut as opening act for the 2025 Halifax Jazz Festival and has since been active in the music scene of Toronto. The music is rooted in Boudreau’s deep listening practice he applies to his everyday, finding music in such places as conversations on the street, visited locations, and the sound of environments at different times of the year. Turning these experiences into forms and pieces, the music invites and welcomes people from all backgrounds, musical or not, to join the listening in the every day of their own lives as well.
